Brokerage commissions for brokerage in the sale, exchange, leasing and rental of real estate
Agencies are obliged to charge a commission for the mediation.

When exchanging a property, the commission is collected from each party in the exchange, and the percentage is calculated from the value of the property that the party acquired through the exchange |
